The Magazine is a bi-monthly glossy youth culture magazine that is used as a vehicle for telling stories and providing resources around Trafficking issues. It carries all the familiar youth content, as well as addressing trafficking issues head on along with many of the cultural issues that underpin such issues – gender inequality, domestic violence, economic poverty and creativity.
The Magazine was launched November 2009 in Moldova. This Eastern European country is widely considered to be at the centre of the European human trafficking issue as a primary source and transit country. Future plans are to feed the magazine into 5 other Russian speaking countries and a Romanian version.
